Yoga is for Everyone

Practicing yoga only a couple times a week can increase muscle strength, flexibility and balance, improve your range of motion, boost your endurance, increase your metabolism and give your heart, lungs and blood vessels a tune up.

Mindfulness developed through yoga goes beyond the mat.  It helps combat stress, improves concentration and focus, and gives you a better overall sense of well-being. 

Focusing on the breath during yoga and meditation helps deepen the mind/body connection.  Becoming aware of how your body feels during yoga, helps you to respect your body and improves individual body image.
